Amazon also takes a lot of offers like the free app of the day and temporary exclusive offers. According to the vice president of marketing for Flurry fits Amazon's online shopping experience to good in the Amazon App Store, much better than Google in any case.
Amazon creates its own way of using Android. To use them, for example on the Amazon Kindle Fire an old version of Android with its own interface. Familiar Google services are removed from the system. So Google is missing Play but is Amazon's own Appstore present. The success of Amazon, according to Flurry ensure that more manufacturers do something similar.
