The system tries to messages using its own protocol to deliver. And it does not work: somewhere in the system running down the messages, without having a notification get. Besides the previously found solution to deactivate and activate SIM cards, there is now a new solution .
The previously devised solution consisted of three steps: the old device reset, the old SIM card to deactivate and activate a new SIM card. You must have physical access to your old set. If not so, then there's an alternative:
- Go to your profile on the Apple support page .
- Log in.
- Click 'Edit products.
- Click the X next to the product.
- Click on "unregister".
You must, of course, your iPhone or iPod touch are registered, otherwise there is nothing to delete.
