"ICS Value Pack for Samsung Galaxy S and Galaxy Tab uncertain



There is much to do or have the Samsung Galaxy S and the original Galaxy Tab eligible for Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Initially let Samsung know that she was not going to the popular Galaxy S update to ICS, but here she came back again later because of the many comments. Instead of a full ICS Update Samsung would get a value pack along with the key features of Android 4.0. According to The Next Web , Samsung, however, absolutely no intention to actually do this.



The Samsung Galaxy Ice Cream Sandwich not upgrade to will get is hard to sell. The Nexus S has almost the same specifications as the Galaxy S but the latter will not get ICS because it is not possible according to Samsung's own TouchWiz software layer in combination with Android 4.0 to run properly on the phone. However, the hardware would not powerful enough to be said a spokesman for the South Korean company towards the Next Web.



Samsung is planning to Ice Cream Sandwich in the short term for some of the Samsung Galaxy S II and Samsung Galaxy Note to spread. The Galaxy Tab newer models are eligible for the Ice Cream Sandwich update. Expected to soon be many alternative ICS-ROMs will be released for the Galaxy S.
