HTC profit drops for first time in two years


HTC has for the first time in many lower gains than the previous quarter. The past two years the Taiwanese company posted record profits in record profits, but there seems to have come to an end. The company knew in the fourth quarter of 2011 approximately 280 million euro gains, down 25.5 percent from the same period one year earlier. Especially the rise of Samsung and Apple seems to be detrimental to the growth of HTC.
