At startup you determine based on the number of push-ups you can do what level you fall into: 1, 2, 3 or 4. The highest level is only suitable for people who are very fit and effortlessly 75 pushups in a row can do. In the exercises you'll be even more challenging than, for example, push-ups with only one arm. For each exercise explains what muscle group is trained and how to perform the exercise, often with a video in which the exercise is encountered (by humans, not gorillas).

Fitness for iPad is a similar app, currently at half price to get. Here are machines at all, but the app has so many exercises that are always a few with you right away to get started. More than 700 exercises for men and women and 50 yoga position, with video and audio instructions. It also contains 40 ready-to-use workout routines, a database with over 300,000 food and nutritional value of various products. Fitness for iPhone which is trying to offer as many features, with a calorie counter, a body tracker, a BMI calculator and a calendar to your exercise routine to follow. You can also add yourself exercises. Very complete and therefore the price of € 0.79 (and a rating of 4.5 stars based on 207 reviews) have little chance of a bad bargain.
