RIM, the maker of the famous BlackBerry phones, would intend to license its software to third parties. This information can be found in a report by a well-known American analyst for the Canadian company. This would mean that major manufacturers like Samsung and HTC phones BlackBerry able to make. During the next Mobile World Congress is planning to RIM BlackBerry 10 to introduce the latest version of the BlackBerry operating system.
