Appeared in the App Store app approval process IMAM Apple seems to have slipped past. This app is an emulator, a variety of old arcade games on your iPhone and iPad can play through the app to load ROMs. Apple has always had a heavy hand in not allowing similar apps in the App Store. imam is not the first app that recently swam the net: the tethering app iTether was some hours in the App Store.
MAME emulators allow different games ever released for arcades to play. This should be dedicated rom files downloaded from the respective games, spread over several sites. Jail Breakers have long been able to play these games through several apps, but Apple avoids such applications from the App Store. It is therefore the question of how long Imam is in the App Store will be. Apple iTether removed after a few hours, but Apple's iTunes Connect plug for Christmas will be launched today.
IMAM itself contains nine relatively unknown games, but the app can also be used for other MAME ROMs to play. By phone view or IExplorer packed the ROM files in the Documents folder to put it would be possible to play the games.
